- 2 rice cakes with a boiled egg and ½ avocado sliced on top. Squeeze some lemon juice over the top.
- 1 ½ tbsp almond butter with raspberries/banana slices and a little honey
- 100g full fat greek yogurt with slice apples and tbsp almond butter
- Dash of full fat greek yogurt, ½ avocado with 50g of tuna on top
