Ingredients:

  • 2 rice cakes with a boiled egg and ½ avocado sliced on top. Squeeze some lemon juice over the top.
  • 1 ½ tbsp almond butter with raspberries/banana slices and a little honey
  • 100g full fat greek yogurt with slice apples and tbsp almond butter
  • Dash of full fat greek yogurt, ½ avocado with 50g of tuna on top
