I am a Qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist with a NCFED Diploma In Practitioner Skills For Eating Disorders (BA Hons, DipCNM, ANP). I have also been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years, with a wide range of different clients.

A Focus On Gut Health

Healthy gut bacteria help you digest food, protect against pathogens such as viruses, provide essential nutrients, enzymes and hormones, manage your metabolism, train your immune system. However they can only do all this if your microbiome is in balance. If it’s not, then digestive issues, (IBS) lethargy, low mood, poor immunity and weight gain can result.

A Focus on Technique

No two clients have the same limb lengths or ranges of motion. Everyone has a different squat techniques. People don’t learn in the same fashion, respond the same way to a given cue, or perceive exercise intensity in the same way. I always adjust my coaching towards the client’s need, as everyone learns differently

 

Common Questions (And Answers)

Absolutely! Our sessions can be done remotely from wherever you are most comfortable and have an internet connection. Living rooms, back gardens, dedicated gym spaces – you name it!

Yes, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training has been proven to raise metabolism, thus aiding with weight loss. It also helps to regulate insulin levels.

Unfortunately not. We take the safety of our clients as the greatest importance. Due to the high impact exercises involved in these sessions, it would not be suitable for expectant mothers. However I am pre and post natal trained so during the classes I can suggest adjustments for you.

Our power sessions are designed to give you the maximum impact for the minimal time investment. Just 30 mins per session, plus a short time for a cool down.

We do offer continuous sessions and additional support via our subscriptions available to most groups.

The best time to exercise is right now! Not only does it help to release endorphins in our bodies, but exercise is a great means of boosting our immune systems.

HIIT training is especially useful for those suffering with Type 2 Diabetes as it helps to improve insulin sensitivity.

We have worked with a number of clients to work out a model that is a great fit for all fitness types and budgets.

Especially during this extended period of isolation, we are regularly reviewing where we add the most value.

Currently, we offer 4x HIIT sessions each week for paid subscribers so that you can exercise as much (or as little) as you’d like. COMING SOON: access to video content material, when Jenny can not always be around to teach LIVE classes. Due to the nature of the pandemic I am having to adjust my diary with online classes and outdoor clients now, which I’m sure you can all appreciate. Zoom classes will also be recorded too.

You will also have access to specialised recipes in order to suit your dietary needs. This is also the perfect opportunity to get expert advice on your specific nutrition and fitness requirements as well as speak to peers about what is working well for them (and what’s not).

Our HIIT Sessions are held via Zoom, so replays are available for those not able to attend on the day or at the time.
