Ingredients:

½ tomato thinly sliced
¼ avocado sliced
2 wholegrain crackers (or rice cakes)
30g feta cheese

Method:

  1. Lay the tomato slices then the avocado across the crackers before crumbling the feta on top, sprinkle some seeds, and squeeze some fresh lime juice for taste.
