Ingredients:

1 pear cut along it’s length into 6-7 slices
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp live thick full fat greek yogurt
a shake of mixed seeds

Method:

  1. Spread the almond butter across a slice of pear, add some yogurt and top with seeds. Eat and repeat.
