Ingredients:

2 organic eggs
1 slice of rye bread
teaspoon of butter/oil
50-100ml milk
Optional: Add some baked beans

Method:

1. Whisk two eggs together with 50-100ml of any milk. Season well.
2. Heat a frying pan up with oil and cook the egg mixture mixing well to form the scrambled egg.
3. Serve on top of rye bread. Optional extras: Smoked salmon/avocado
