Ingredients

4 organic eggs
100g GF rolled oats
200g cottage cheese
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
100g blueberries
2 tablespoon natural greek yogurt

Method:

Blend the oats, cheese, eggs and cinnamon in a food processor until you have a smooth texture.

  1. Heat a non-stick, heavy-based frying pan, then pour in ladlefuls of batter and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Serve warm, with the blueberries and yoghurt.
