You will be able to keep in contact with me via the Recovery Record App which can be downloaded in the App store. Recovery Record, is the world’s number one mobile application for eating disorders.

Basic package:
£185 a month
- Personalised online fitness program (updated weekly)
- Personalised nutrition plan (macros calculated)
- Bi weekly check in via zoom (15 mins)
- Live Tracking – I will see how you progress through the day as you update your training progress through the True Coach software. This encourages client accountability and sustains devotion to the plans I provide.
Intermediate package
£250 a month
- Personalised online fitness program (updated weekly)
- Personalised nutrition plan (macros calculated)
- Bi-weekly check-ins 30 minutes via zoom (2 x a month)
- In app messaging on Recovery Record App (scheduled hours between 9-5pm)
- Analysis of any current meditations
- Live Tracking – I will see how you progress through the day as you update your training progress through the True Coach software. This encourages client accountability and sustains devotion to the plans I provide.
Advanced package
This includes a first initial assessment of 45 minutes, reviewing the lifestyle questionnaire, and setting long terms goals going forward.
£350 a month
- Personalised online fitness program (updated weekly)
- Personalised nutrition plan plus handouts e.g. recipes, mindful eating habits, macro planning, habit change behaviour etc
- Nutrition Coaching – Understanding nutrition, how your body uses energy, education around macronutrients, digestion, etc
- Eating Disorder Coaching – understanding thought patterns around food and exercise
- In app messaging via Recovery Record App – I will help guide you through any food challenges you may be having each week.
- Weekly checkin ins via zoom (30 minutes)
- Analysis of any clinical testing required e.g. thyroid function tests, blood tests, cortisol testing, digestive health tests etc (there will be additional costs for testing)
- Live Tracking – I will see how you progress through the day as you update your training progress through the True Coach software. This encourages client accountability and sustains devotion to the plans I provide.

Each package is tailored to help you feel safer in your body, reduce anxiety around exercise, and build a more balanced, sustainable approach to food, movement, and wellbeing.
